Customer Problem

AAVINET Security performed an urgent Alarm and CCTV installation this week in Currumbin Waters, on the Southern Gold Coast.  Unfortunately, this installation was not for proactive security measures because the customer was suddenly broken into and subsequently retargeted.  As you can imagine, the whole experience has been very frightening.

The property is a double-storey pole home. The customer wanted CCTV, as well as an alarm system. The alarm needed the capability to be armed downstairs whilst they are home and upstairs.  The yard is fairly open however there a section of the yard that is a little obscured, therefore, the CCTV installation design needed to address the monitoring of this obscured area.

Customer Solution

Andrew urgently met with the customer. A design incorporating all access points to the property and obscured areas was discussed.

Andrew’s design and competitive quote were accepted.

The customer no longer felt safe to be in the house without the CCTV and alarm installed. Andrew prioritised this CCTV and alarm installation by urgently ordering the equipment and reorganising a few jobs.  

A Hikvision 4 channel NVR has been installed and is connected up to three Hikvision 8 MegaPixel ultra HD turret cameras.  With superior night vision, these cameras produce a top-quality picture both day and night. A Risco Lightsys2 with full remote access and control was also installed.  This easily allows the ground floor to be armed whilst the customer is at home upstairs, giving additional security.
